Collaborative Programme

Graduate School at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) and the School of Graduate Studies at Lingnan University (LU) are collaborating to co-deliver three postgraduate programmes, awarded by LU. This collaboration brings together the unique strengths and expertise of both universities, allowing them to share resources and talents in the fields of higher education and public policy. Through this strategic partnership, the three programmes are jointly launched as follows:

1. Doctor of Policy Studies (Education Policy and Management)

2. Master of Arts in International Higher Education and Management(Managing Education Change in International Context)

3. Master of Social Sciences in Comparative Public Administration (Digital and Smart Governance)
