* All new postgraduate students are required to complete the online registration form to confirm the attendance by 25 August 2026 (Tuesday).

Graduate School
The Graduate School provides academic guidance and administrative support to postgraduate students and staff, covering admissions, quality assurance, and the HIGH Programme, which enriches students' learning experience. The HIGH Programme enables students to connect academic research with social practice, broaden their global perspective, and engage in community service, ultimately advancing the goal of 'Research with Impact, Impact with Care'.
Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA)
As the CA's executive arm and a trading-fund government department, OFCA regulates Hong Kong's telecom and broadcasting sectors, covering licensing, spectrum, standards, policy advice, anti-spam enforcement, and fair competition.
Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD)
The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data is an independent body responsible for monitoring, regulating, promoting, and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.
New Territories South Regional Crime Prevention Office of the Hong Kong Police Force
At the new school year, Hong Kong Police's New Territories South office held anti-fraud talks and interactive booths at universities. Through games, students learned scam-prevention tips, aiming to protect mainland Chinese students and promote campus safety.
Student Affairs Office
Library
The Student Affairs Office (SAO) supports students' whole-person development and wellness beyond the classroom. Its key services include the Physical Education Section, which promotes healthy lifestyles and personal growth through sports and activities; the Career Planning and Development Section, which offers career fairs, workshops, and one-on-one advising for postgraduate students; and the Personal Growth and Counselling Unit, which provides free, confidential counselling and wellness support.
HSUHK Library spans 4,000 sqm as a Learning Commons. It supports teaching, learning, and research with eco‑friendly bamboo furniture; the building also holds a BEAM Plus Platinum rating.
Alumni Affairs Office
Since 2015, HSUHK's AAAO coordinates fundraising to secure external funding, cultivate a giving culture, and strengthen alumni relations, supporting the University's advancement and resource development.
Key Link Family Center
The Key Link Family Centre was established in 2005 and is dedicated to serving Shek Mun and nearby estates. The Centre actively recruits individuals from all walks of life to become volunteers and work together to care for the community.
Shatin Baptist Church Education Centre
Shatin Baptist Church established the Shatin Baptist Church Education Centre (Night School) and registered with the Education Bureau as a non-profit educational institution. The centre offers various types of educational services for students, parents, schools, and the community.
New Home Association
Since 2010, New Home Association has provided comprehensive social services for new arrivals, ethnic minorities, and the disadvantaged across HK and Mainland, with multiple district centres and a 2011 cross‑border unit, aiming to build an inclusive and caring society.

The Welcoming Ceremony will be held as scheduled if Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered before 10:30 am on the same day.
