How to Apply

The successful submission of an online application consists of the following steps:

Step 1

Register your Account

You need to register an account to use the Postgraduate Admission System. Please prepare a valid e-mail account and ensure all mandatory fields are filled in.

Step 2

Complete the Online Application Form

After registration, you can login with the password. Make sure you have completed all mandatory fields. After completing all mandatory fields, you can go to the submission page to complete the application including uploading the required documents.*

* Applicants must submit the required documents before graduation from the programme. If applicants fail to submit, they will not be allowed to graduate and all fees paid will NOT be refunded.

Step 3

Receive an Application Number

You will receive an application number via email after submitting your online application. You are advised to retain this number for future reference and enquiries.

Step 4

Settle the Application Fee

An email of the application fee payment will be sent to your email address after you submit your online application. Please follow the payment instructions and settle the application fee accordingly. A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of HK$400 (for AY2026-27) or HK$600 (for AY2027-28) is charged for each applied programme**. Kindly note that your application will not be processed if you fail to settle the payment of application fee.

Step 5

Interview

You may be invited to attend an interview via email. Please kindly check your email account regularly.

Step 6

Announcement of Results

The admission result will be announced in the Postgraduate Admission System.

**HSUHK may adjust the application details and fees. The latest announcement made by HSUHK shall prevail.

No Dishonest and Bribery Practices: Any false or misleading information and/or document(s) provided in the application or any dishonest conduct observed during the application process, termination, employing surrogate examination-taker, etc., will result in disqualification of application for admission, revocation of admission offer or termination of studies at the University if admitted, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
