Graduate School at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) invited Professor Catherine Montgomery, Deputy Executive Dean (Global) at Durham University, to deliver a guest lecture on 15 November 2024 to the postgraduate students. The lecture, titled "Reshaping Internationalisation Management and Policy in an Age of Uncertainty."

Prof. Montgomery explored the challenges facing international higher education amid global uncertainties. She highlighted the fragility of research collaborations, the influence of neoliberal policies, and shared a European case study on innovative approaches to internationalisation.

The lecture concluded with a dynamic Q&A session, where students exchanged ideas on building inclusive and resilient higher education systems. The lecture provided valuable insights into navigating the complexities of globalisation in higher education.
