To connect postgraduate students with the local community beyond academics, the Graduate School is organizing brewery tour of local brewery. Besides learning about beer brewing and the entrepreneurial spirit behind it, students can also exchange ideas, build friendships, and expand their social networks in a relaxed atmosphere.
Did you know that Hong Kong has its own thriving craft beer brewery scene? Hong Kong is home to many local craft breweries that blend local elements with world-class techniques to produce high-quality beers with different styles. In this tour, we will visit Yardley Brothers Craft Brewery, one of Hong Kong's most famous award-winning craft breweries.
Event Highlights
✅ Introduction to brewing and barrel aging process
✅ A tour of the brewery's brewing equipment, cellar, and barrel room
✅ Guided tasting of 5 to 8 locally brewed beers

- Location: Room B, G/F, Wing On Industrial Building, 13-29 Kwai Hei Street, Kwai Chung
(A coach will depart from HSUHK Campus and take you to the event venue on the day) - Fee: HK$200 per person
