On 30 November 2025, Professor Joshua Mok Ka-ho, Provost and Vice President (Academic and Research) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) and Dean of the Graduate School, visited the University of Malaya (UM) in Kuala Lumpur. Serving as an External Advisor, Professor Mok provided expert counsel on UM’s public policy and management programmes, sharing valuable insights and innovative practices from HSUHK.
During the visit, Professor Mok engaged in fruitful discussions with UM faculty and leadership, exploring avenues for deepening institutional ties. The University of Malaya expressed strong interest in developing a multifaceted collaboration with HSUHK. Potential areas of partnership include dual master's degree programme, alongside student and staff mobility programmes such as academic exchanges and summer schools.
Professor Mok remarked, “This visit underscores our commitment to internationalisation and knowledge exchange.
