The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong hosts student delegation from Yunnan Economics Trade and Foreign Affairs College

The Graduate School and the School of Transdisciplinary Studies of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) was pleased to host a student delegation from Yunnan Economics Trade and Foreign Affairs College on 2 December 2025. The visit fostered academic exchange and provided the Chinese Mainland delegates with insights into HSUHK’s diverse and unique undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and its state-of-the-art campus facilities.

Following a warm welcome, the visiting delegates participated in sessions on HSUHK’s undergraduate and postgraduate admissions. The session on taught postgraduate programmes featured a valuable contribution from an alumnus of the School of Communication (SCOM), who shared his personal academic journey and experiences at HSUHK with the guests.

The visit concluded with an extensive campus tour. The delegation visited several facilities within the School of Communication, including the Cinema and TV Production Centre and the Radio Broadcast Studio. The tour showcased HSUHK’s advanced learning environment and the unique "Liberal + Professional" education model.

The visit provided a meaningful opportunity to strengthen ties and explore potential future collaboration between HSUHK and Yunnan Economics Trade and Foreign Affairs College.
