The Mental Health First Aid Certificate Course (Youth Version) is designed to help participants identify common mental health problems and their symptoms in young people, such as self-harm and anxiety. The course includes learning five support strategies (ALGEE) and gaining an understanding of available community resources. The course is conducted in-person, with a total duration of 14 hours, and is suitable for postgraduate students to enroll. This course not only enhances participants' knowledge and skills but also provides practical approaches to support youth mental health.
