The Mental Health First Aid Certificate Course (Youth Version) is designed to help participants identify common mental health problems and their symptoms in young people, such as self-harm and anxiety. The course includes learning five support strategies (ALGEE) and gaining an understanding of available community resources. The course is conducted in-person, with a total duration of 14 hours, and is suitable for postgraduate students to enroll. This course not only enhances participants' knowledge and skills but also provides practical approaches to support youth mental health. Under the guidance of professional instructors, participants will be equipped to effectively assist the young people around them.
Date: From 7 March to 28 March, 2026, every Saturday (Total of 4 classes)

Certificate:
All qualified participants who complete the four-session course and pass the final assessment will receive a Youth Mental Health First Aid certificate issued by an Australian university.
