During the tour, students explored Hong Kong's burgeoning craft beer culture from various perspectives, including brewing craftsmanship, business operations, and community engagement. Guided by professional brewers, participants ventured into the brewery's core production zones and witnessed the complete beer-making process, from ingredient selection to final packaging. They gained in-depth insights into the scientific principles of malt roasting, hop flavor blending, and yeast fermentation, and conducted on-site inspections of fermentation tanks and state-of-the-art bottling equipment. Students also engaged in a beer-tasting session, sampling several locally brewed beers and experiencing the unique flavors of Hong Kong's craft beer.
