The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) has discovered that a company named "Junengying Study Abroad Consultancy" (聚能盈留學咨詢) has fraudulently used the name of our University, falsely claiming that HSUHK jointly offers undergraduate programmes with Lingnan University. The company has been promoting, advertising, and recruiting students under this false claim.

HSUHK hereby solemnly declares that it has not collaborated with Lingnan University to offer any joint undergraduate programmes, nor has it ever commissioned or authorised "Junengying Study Abroad Consultancy" to conduct any promotional, advertising, or recruitment activities on behalf of the University. HSUHK reserves all legal rights regarding this matter.
