If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or expected to be issued at 10:30am or after on the same day, the Orientation Welcoming Ceremony will be cancelled. The Welcoming Ceremony will be held as scheduled if Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered before 10:30am on the same day.
