Welcoming Fair

The "Welcoming Fair" will be held on 4 September and is specially designed to help new Postgraduate Students settle into their academic journey at HSUHK. The fair will feature booths from various departments of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), as well as representatives from NGOs and government organisations. In addition, a series of featured talks will take place throughout the day, offering valuable information and resources to support new Postgraduate Students. For more details, please see below.

Graduate School

Graduate School of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) serves as an academic support unit that provided academic guidance as well as professional administrative support to postgraduate students and staff. Established in July 2024, Graduate School is responsible for overseeing admissions, ensuring quality assurance, and offering various events to enrich students' learning experiences.

PE Section aims to foster physical competence, healthy lifestyles, and positive values through sports and recreation. The Career Planning and Development Section offers postgraduate students comprehensive career support, including but not limited to the Careers Fair for networking with top employers, specialized training workshops to enhance your profile, and personalized Career Advisory Sessions for tailored guidance. These services empower you to expand your network, refine your career goals, and excel professionally.

Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD)

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data is an independent body responsible for monitoring, regulating, promoting, and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.

Office of The Communications Authority (OFCA)

The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) serves as the executive arm of the Communications Authority (CA) and is also a department under the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, operating as a trading fund. OFCA's responsibilities include providing professional support to the CA in the following key areas: licensing and regulation of telecommunications and broadcasting services; management of Hong Kong's radio spectrum; offering consultancy, planning, and support services to the government on telecommunications, broadcasting, and anti-spamming matters; overseeing technical standards and representing the government in international affairs; enforcing regulations under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance; and ensuring fair business practices and competition within the telecommunications and broadcasting industries.

Key Link Family Center

The Key Link Family Centre was established in 2005 and is dedicated to serving Shek Mun and nearby estates. The Centre actively recruits individuals from all walks of life to become volunteers and work together to care for the community. At the welcoming fair, their booth will feature an Enneagram personality test and distribute leaflets containing lifestyle information about the Sha Tin district.

Shatin Baptist Church

Shatin Baptist Church has always placed great emphasis on education, with the goal of promoting "holistic education." In June 2007, it established the Shatin Baptist Church Education Centre (Night School) and registered with the Education Bureau as a non-profit educational institution. The centre offers various types of educational services tailored to the needs of students of different ages, parents, schools, and the community.
