Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management (for postgraduate)

The Graduate School and the School of Transdisciplinary Studies at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) collaborate the Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management (for postgraduate). This programme is tailored for both current and aspiring educational leaders who aim to enhance their strategic leadership competencies in the ever-evolving landscape of education.

Over the course of this six-month full-time programme, participants will delve into critical issues surrounding educational policy, leadership theories, and change management.

Students who successfully complete the diploma programme will be eligible for admission to the MA in Leadership offered by College de Paris or Master of Professional Practice – Education offered by Durham University, further enhancing their academic and professional journeys.
