Strategic Collaboration
The Asia Pacific Higher Education Research Partnership (APHERP) is a research platform consisting of universities, ministries of education and quality assurance entities joined together to conduct international research on higher education, policy and governance with particular focus on the Asia Pacific region.
Professor Mok, the Dean of Graduate School is appointed as the Director of the APHERP.

The Centre for Global Higher Education (CGHE) is an inclusive international partnership of higher education researchers. With support from the UK’s Economic and Social Research Council, the Centre promotes research into inequalities within and between universities and higher education systems.
Professor Mok, the Dean of Graduate School is appointed as the Deputy Director of the CGHE leadership team. CGHE is led by the University of Oxford and UCL Institute of Education.
The Heng Seng University is a partner of CGHE, doctoral researchers or early career scholars are encouraged to join the conferences and events organized by CGHE.

The Consortium of Social Change, Well-being and Policy Studies is co-launched by Centre for Public Policy, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and the Institute of Policy Studies, Lingnan University to promote inter-university collaboration on analysing the impact of rapid socio-economic and demographic changes on social development.
The Consortium is joined by leading researchers in social change and policy studies fields not only from Hong Kong but also from leading research institutions in Australia, Taiwan, mainland China and the United Kingdom.
